Theology in Africa offers a platform to scratch where there is an itch. Many believers in Africa have questions on how to navigate local cultures, traditions, and practices as a Christian. We will offer biblically grounded responses on issues such as corruption, diseases, urban and rural life.
It is the nature of the Gospel to provoke sharing, hence believers are encouraged to be messengers of the Truth to the communities they live. Theology in Africa will provide practical resources that help equip African Christians to become faithful teachers of God’s Word.
Christ is the foundation of our faith, the reason of our hope and the motivation of our love. Apart from Him, we are nothing. And we acknowledge that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus.
On becoming Christian, we do not lose our skin color, our experiences, our stories or our dance. Rather we were challenged to become a voice for redeeming our cultures. We acknowledge that we are Christian Africans.
Theology is best practiced in a community as witnesses and/or partners. However, clarity in communication is vital when building a united community. Therefore, we will offer resources that are clear and accessible.
